What you’ll do:

  • Undertake comprehensive Functional Behavioural Assessment and develop appropriate Behaviour Support Plans
  • Identify strategies for participants framed within Positive Behaviour Support to enhance quality of life
  • Work in close collaboration with the support team to develop, implement and review strategies and set realistic goals for participants
  • provide and participate in clinical supervision
  • Promote our values, including the human right for everyone to be contributing members of the community

What you will bring to the team:

  • Part time and full time permanent contract
  • Experience working in the disability sector and with NDIS
  • Current suitability confirmed by NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission at the core or above levels
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology or related areas
  • Full registration with AHPRA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to share ideas and think outside the box
