About the role
We are seeking passionate and driven Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our growing collaborative team and become an integral part of our exciting growth journey.

Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner – Please note that we have multiple vacancies across different regions for PBSP’s as below:

Bundoora (North East Melbourne Region)

Surrey Hills (East Melbourne Region)

We are seeking experienced Core, Proficient and Advanced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners to join a growing organisation and influence positive change within our industry.

Ideally, you will have knowledge and confidence with the following:

  • Conducting functional behavioural assessments and developing quality comprehensive behaviour support plans
  • Develop strong professional relationships with clients through confident and clear communication
  • Understanding of evidence-based principles and relevant standards

What you’ll need to be successful

  • A qualification in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Social Work or related discipline
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Mental Health, and other complex diagnoses
  • Australian Drivers Licence
  • A National Police Clearance, NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain these before commencement)
  • Registered Practitioner ID with the National Disability Insurance Scheme
