PBS, Social Work, Psychology: Part-Time & Full-Time roles from $89K

Or make the switch Independent Contractor rate $110 – $140 per hour.

Join our PBS ‘Trainee Team’ – Free Training & Individualised Support up to $70K

Already based and require more clinicians in these areas: Sunshine Coast, South East Queensland, Brisbane, Ipswich & Toowoomba.  

Requiring practitioners in ALL areas of QLD and NSW.

Qualifications & experience:

1. NDIS behaviour support practitioner registration or able to work towards registration.
2. You have a tertiary qualification and/or experience in any of the following: psychology, occupational therapy, counselling, education, social work, psychology or related fields. Membership with relevant professional bodies. 
3. Successful candidates will need current Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain) & driver’s license.

 Tasks & responsibilities:

1. Interim Behaviour Support Plans, Functional Behaviour Assessments, Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans.
2. Mixed caseloads, range of disabilities, disorders and mental health conditions.
3. Intervention: skill building, building quality of life, authentic outcomes that are self-determined and person centered.
4. Collaboration to implement, monitor and review Behaviour Support Plans.
5. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
6. Realistic KPIs
