About the role: 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Clinic Manager.

Comprehensive onboarding and support will be provided, as will career development opportunities at our growing organisation.

The primary function of the Clinic Manager is supporting the staff members in their clinic – the key indicator of success is their wellbeing, productivity and engagement.

What we are looking for:

To be considered for the position, you must have had a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR role, or leading a team with people management experience and be able to demonstrate the following:

  • People management skills, with experience managing a team, performing check-ins and 1on1s with staff
  • Self-starter, high level of emotional intelligence, able to work autonomously
  • Effective delegation, strategic thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written
  • Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
  • Assertive and patient communicator
  • Committed to learning and implementing new skills
  • Committed to advancing the lives of people with disabilities
  • Understanding and respecting of cultural diversity and differing abilities
