Practice Supervisor – Mental Health Primacy Group Australia

We are currently looking for a highly dedicated, full-time Practice Supervisor to contribute to our growing team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where the team are passionate about working collaboratively, then this is the role for you! 
 

About the role:

You will be a proven professional with ability to work collaboratively and effectively while remaining highly motivated and innovative. You will have exceptional communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. You will also be a subject matter expert, innovative and have the agility to deal with a scope of activities that reach an efficient and quality outcome – including individual supervision, group work, education and training related to service delivery, to all participant-facing staff across Primacy Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular supervision sessions to individual and groups.
  • Support the Senior Management team to identify and assess knowledge gaps across recovery coaches and mental health key workers.
  • Development of resources and training materials for field staff to support regulatory framework requirements.
  • Mentoring field staff to uphold the NDIS practice standards as it relates to service delivery in mental health.
  • Implement core training programs to support specific training to recovery coaching field staff.
  • Impart knowledge as it relates to the Positive Behaviour Framework and provide coaching and guidance to field staff as required.
     

What you will bring to the role:

  • 3+ previous years’ experience in a similar position
  • Practical industry experience
  • Tertiary Qualification in psychology or relevant field
  • Mental Health First Aid Certificate
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage priorities.
  • Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills
