About the Position

We are looking to welcome a Practice Supervisor (0.8FTE) to be responsible for the line management and practice supervision of a multi-disciplinary team.

This position is classified Level 6 under the SCHCADS award. Salary range is $102,555 – $107,080 (pro rata) plus super. We offer excellent salary packaging options which can significantly increase your take home pay.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Lead the professional practice of your team and manage a restricted caseload.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals and stakeholders to ensure families goals are achieved.
  • Be an active consultant in your area of expertise.
  • Regularly attend and participate in case consultations and reviews.

About You

  • A tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (Allied Health, Social Work, Human Services).
  • Professional registration (if required) and membership of a relevant professional association (desirable).
  • At least five years’ experience working with children and families.
  • Relevant experience supervising staff in similar role.
  • Clinical and therapeutic understanding of the impacts of trauma on child and family functioning.
  • Ability to address sensitive issues with families pertaining to risk and child protection concerns.

Other Requirements

  • Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.
