The Role:
The Program and Practice Coordinator is primarily responsible to lead and support a multidisciplinary team providing evidence based, best practice supports for clients.
This is a permanent, full time position which can be based in Roma or St George, QLD. Relocation assistance is negotiable.
The Program and Practice Coordinator will work out of their chosen home office for 4 days a week and for 1 day at the other office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support practitioners and newer team members as they develop their skills and abilities within the Human Services division of the business.
- Develop and maintain a framework that values relationships and reflects the principals of inclusion, respect, participation, integrity and transparency.
- Provide supervision for a team of people with diverse knowledge and skills.
- Engage positively with all stakeholders through developing meaningful, positive working relationships to support holistic and seamless service delivery for clients.
- Responsible for compliance and reporting requirements as per program funding agreements.
- Participate as a member of the Critical Incident Management team as required.
To Be Successful:
- Degree qualification in the Human Services field.
- Significant post graduate experience working within a leadership position within the human services industry.
- A demonstrated breadth of knowledge and experience across more than one sector within the human services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake professional supervision for both experienced and newer team members.
- Proven effectiveness managing the varied and complex challenges NGO’s address within an environment of sustained growth and rapid change.
- A demonstrated working knowledge of the principals and practices of Employment Equity, Ethical Conduct and Work health and Safety.
Additional Requirements:
- Current QLD Drivers Licence.
- Current Blue Card.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
- The ability to work outside of business hours on occasion as required.
Salary and Benefits:
- $104,875.16 – $109, 253.56 + Superannuation + Salary Sacrifice
