Program & Vocational Skills Facilitator covering the Shoalhaven regions.
Full Time 38 Hours per week. Monday to Friday
Due to growth in our programs, we are on the lookout for a talented individual to join our Life Choices team.
Our team is dedicated to offering quality programs, training and support for people with disability across employment & skill development programs, with a focus on social inclusion and building independence. Our programs are designed to boost community engagement, participation and inclusion and deliver training for workplace support and qualifications.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of programs, including coordinating resources, reporting requirements and supporting training related activities.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders, ensuring successful participant outcomes are achieved across Flagstaff’s programs.
- High capacity with time management, event planning, project/process driven and effective communication skills.
- Key contact for our participants and staff for our weekly Social, Supper Club & MY Life programs

We are looking for creative thinking and continuous improvement to deliver quality services that support the foundations of our programs. You will be responsive to the needs and goals of our participants, supporting the delivery of our programs that are flexible and caters for all abilities.
