About the role

The Program Facilitator position sits within the Justice Response cluster and supports the Integrated Family Services (including the Supporting Parents with an Intellectual Disability Program) & Family Violence Programs, including the ongoing support of the MARAM Framework. The Program Facilitator is responsible for the delivery of high quality and safe program(s).

Ensuring compliance with Funding and Service Agreements, maximising client experience and engaging and retaining the best people to deliver the right service in the most effective and efficient manner. This role draws upon extensive service delivery expertise to build capability through coaching and enabling team(s) to deliver an impactful service which undertakes quality improvement.

Your daily duties will vary but your main focus will include:

  • Facilitate delivery of assigned program(s), in compliance with funder metrics and performance measurements and within budget/funding provisions
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to achieve responsive services which are codesigned with consumers and are impactful
  • Enables team(s) through coaching and assisting team(s) as a collective and as individuals in achieving their goals and working toward best outcomes
  • Contributes to site management of primary location, including enhancing integration across programs within a site (across Clusters) to continually seek ways to maximise client/consumer experience

About You:

  • Experience in leading the delivery of health/community services using a Human Rights approach
  • Demonstrated skills and experience developing and leading team and organisational culture and delivering to performance objectives
  • Demonstrated success at leading, supervising, and coaching staff to deliver high quality care outcomes
  • Experienced in managing risk, financial management and compliance
