About You
You are a confident, flexible and passionate Programme Facilitator driven to motivate and encourage the men in our care to take responsibility for their offending as a pathway to their rehabilitation. You have the ability to adapt your facilitation style to meet your audience needs and deliver in a clear concise manner. You have a commitment to driving positive change and support all individuals with a non-judgemental attitude.
You are comfortable with the idea of working in an all-male prison where the men come from all walks of life. You are in possession of a personal set of values and attitudes toward prisoners, which will be expressed as role-model behaviour for the men in the prison. In addition, you will prepare case notes, defendable documentation, and complete treatment reports to ensure accurate record of offender progress.

· Experience within a correctional, welfare or other institutional setting (desired)
· Exceptional written and verbal communication styles.
· Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
· Highly effective and accurate report writing skills.
