- Plan and implement the STEAM model of learning with young people,
- Use your community engagement experience and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders

Joining us, you’ll join a team of dedicated individuals who are supporting young people through self-directed learning to develop their passions through projects that inspire self-expression, by leveraging off the STEAM model, to empower young people.We are offering a casual position for approximately 15 hours per week in our Clubhouse program in Lismore, outreaching to Ballina.

We are looking for a passionate individual with a desire to make a difference. The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in health, psychology, social work, social science or social welfare, health promotion or similar.
- Experience providing high quality customer-centred group and/or individual support.
- Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with all people to ensure effective relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in working with young people in social work/education settings, planning, coordinating, facilitating and evaluating group programs for young people, delivering life skills and STEAM subjects (ie working with interactive technology, such as robotics, electronics etc.).
- Demonstrated well-developed organisational, time management and administrative skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining professional boundaries while engaging in person-centred work.
