About the Role:
This role is tasked with reviewing and consulting on rebranding Anglicare Tasmania’s current Child & Youth Mental Health program as well as reviewing Anglicare’s current program practice to develop a Children’s Voice Framework in collaboration with our stakeholders.
The successful applicant will possess demonstrable competency, knowledge, understanding and/or skills in the following areas:
- Highly developed project management skills including facilitation and resourcing of meetings and consultations;
- Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships;
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to influence and negotiate to build consensus on key issues.
- An ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, organise work and achieve objectives within time lines and budget
- Ability to work in a sensitive, complex and demanding environment with a high degree of autonomy and self-management.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrated knowledge of issues pertaining to people who have complex needs and a conceptual understanding of the systematic social and political context in which they occur.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Education, Psychology, Social work, Nursing and Allied Health) or extensive experience and qualifications (Diploma of Community Services) deemed equivalent and/or clearly demonstrated experience in Community Services

The successful applicant will be required to:
- provide a current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration (employment/volunteer category) including NDIS Worker Screening Check if you are applying for the 1st time or have renewed your registration since 1st February 2021;
- present an unsupervised contact with children or vulnerable people type National Police Check (no older than 12 months);
- provide an International Police Check if you have resided for 12 months or more outside of Australia after the age of 16;
- provide a satisfactory Anglicare assessed medical:
- provide a current provisional or full Australian Driver Licence.
On commencement the successful applicant will be required to undertake our structured Safeguarding Children Training program.
