Evolve Psychology Services is looking for Psychologists (Provisional or Registered) and Behaviour Support Practitioners with an interest of working as part of a team, to provide services to NDIS participants and DCJ clients working across the lifespan. Located in the heart of the Entrance, we are a team of Psychologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners, and we are so excited to have our clinic continue to expand.
We support clients across the lifespan and work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services individuals who have various presentations and disability types.

Qualifications & experience
- Completed a tertiary allied health qualification (Psychology, Psychological Science, Social Work, Social Science).
- NDIS registration as a behaviour practitioner (or the ability to become registered).
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability (not necessary, but desirable).
- A driver’s license and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic services to individuals at schools, their homes and in the office.
- Working with individuals across the lifespan to provide therapy, assessments, and recommendations to NDIS participants.
- Work collaboratively with individuals and their families to learn what is important to them.
- Work alongside other allied health professionals, coordinators or supports, and disability support workers.
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and gathering behaviour data.
- Writing of Positive Behaviour Support Plans to increase our clients’ quality of life by working towards increasing their skills, improving emotional regulation and introducing replacement behaviours.
- Plan subsequent treatment and interventions relevant to clients’ presentations.
