ROLE: Case Manage: Assess, Report, Manage & Monitor progress, Return to Work | Deliver a range of counselling, well-being and health coaching interventions to improve the psychological, emotional, social, developmental and learning needs of clients | Primary and secondary Supervision is provided by the Employer as part of the role | Comprehensive training, mentoring and on-going support is provided to each team member

SALARY: $85,000 – $95,000 Base + Super
