We are looking for Masters of Psychology graduates who want to make a real difference, to join our two-year Graduate Program. You’ll evaluate the treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness, by applying your knowledge and skills to:
- Perform new employment vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, recovery support
- Conduct initial assessments with injured workers and case management for return to same employment
- Assess and report on workers mental health fitness for work and psychological functional capacities
- Conduct intelligence testing and reporting
- Assess and make recommendations on effects of mental health and medical conditions on ability to work
- Write detailed case notes and reports
- Work with adult clients living with varying socioeconomic, educational, psychosocial and nationality backgrounds
