We are looking for a super star psychologist, provisional or general to join our team. We are committed to providing support and mentoring, with PD + career progression opportunities. This role includes working in our Camp Hill clinic, WFH and in the wider Brisbane community.

NITTY GRITTY
We are serious about providing quality support – for both our clients and the Hively team. To join our amazing team, we are looking for:
- A highly motivated Provisional or General Psychologist who is a good human!
- A driven and committed individual who works well both independently and as part of our multi-disciplinary team
- Sound understanding of evidence-based approaches and quality delivery of service
- Experience in assessments/willingness to develop assessment skillset (such as ADHD, ASD, learning disorders)
- History of working in disability/NDIS is preferable but not essential
- Willingness to work with a mixed case load of all ages (children to adults)
- Commitment to best practice and person-centered outcomes for clients
- Ability to represent Hively in a person-centered, respectful and professional manner at all times

Requirements
- AHPRA Registered Psychologist (general or provisional)
- NDIS experience/understanding is preferable but not essential
- Positive behaviour support experience is an added bonus but not a requirement of this role
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect with clients in a professional and empathetic manner to reach their full potential
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability or proven ability to meet KPI’s and work independently
- Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with service providers, including referrers (support coordinators) and other networks
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Current driver’s license and registered vehicle is a must
- Other qualifications or experience specific to disability are highly desirable
