Provisional Psychologist/Rehabilitation Counsellor

You may be just the person we need! We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor, with a background as a Rehab Counsellor or Psychologist.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of clients
  • Complete a range of assessments and services to facilitate an individual’s successful recovery at work
  • Work as part of a varied team of consultants to deliver high quality workplace rehabilitation and customer service
  • Achieving KPI’s in RTW outcomes, quality and productivity both individually and for the region. 
  • NES/ Vocational Assessing
  • Engaging customers to create long standing relationships
  • Create, promote and enhance an organisational culture based on the company values

About you

  • Comcare accreditation is desirable but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Current and unrestricted drivers licence with access to own vehicle
