Psychologist and Clinical Psychologist

Ramsay Clinic Thirroul is seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated Psychologists and Clinical Psychologists.

Permanent Full Time, Part Time & Casual Opportunities!

 

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for qualified Psychologists & Clinical Psychologists to join our brand new Ramsay Clinic Thirroul – a stand-alone, trauma informed mental health service for women. 

You will be working with our growing and diverse allied health team and facilitating inpatient and/or outpatient groups with the running of the inpatient, day program and outpatient group programs.  These programs provide support, skills and education in the treatment and management of a range of presentations.  The current team takes a patient centered and dynamic approach to the care of our patients and the successful applicant will share our passion.

 

About You

This position would be ideally suited to someone who:

  • Has experience in facilitating group therapy using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Schema Therapy and Mindfulness.
  • Accredited undergraduate degree in Psychology, APHRA registered and unrestricted general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be self-motivated and function autonomously whilst also being able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

Requirements

Everyone who joins Ramsay:

  • Must be vaccinated against Covid-19 by a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
  • According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
