The Conscious Health Clinic is a high-end private allied health service primarily based in Wollongong’s CBD. • Psychological assessment
• Psychological intervention

The Conscious Health Clinic is an established multi-disciplinary clinic operating out of two locations including Wollongong and Gerringong, offering clinicians a flexible work environment, the ability to work alongside an experienced team of health professionals who collaborate and share practice wisdom. With a core focus on the scientific method, this clinic works with practice-based evidence and outcome evaluation, integrates technology into treatment and values fresh and innovative approaches to work.

As a Psychologist at the Clinic, you will be offered;

• Access to our beautifully furnished Wollongong based consulting spaces designed for 1:1 therapy, serviced reception area, along with full-time administrative support, along with kitchen amenities, onsite parking, WiFi and  cloud-based client record management software to allow easy work ability from home
• A comprehensive psychological test and resource library, including WISC, WAIS, WPPSI, WIAT and ADOS.
• Access to our beautifully furnished Gerringong based consulting space designed for individual consultations, a serviced reception area, administrative support, kitchen amenities, onsite / free street parking and WiFi.
• Flexible hours and days
• Opportunity to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team who offer diverse professional expertise including dietician and OT
• Clinical Group Supervision. Individual supervision for provisionals and early career psychologists or psychologists returning to practice

Key Selection Criteria;

• Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or Provisionally Registered
• Can work with neurodiverse clients flexibly
• Willingness to embrace new technology
• Work in a team with high psychological safety and a culture of high performance
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a shared care model
• Familiarity working with practice-based evidence and outcome evaluation
• Willingness to participate in innovative approaches to clinical practice
• Eligible for or registered with Medicare Australia
• Skilled in the integration of technology into treatment
• Ability to work autonomously, working with the Clinical Director while responding to the needs of the clinic
• Compliance with the clinic’s WHS policy, and government legislation
• Actively contribute to practice activities, including but not limited to team meetings, social activities and community involvement
• Current National Police and NSW Working with Children Checks

Desirable Criteria

• Ability to conduct psychometric assessments for children and adults or willing to become competent
• Interest in or experience with couples therapy
• Relevant clinical experience across the lifespan
