Lismore Mental Health Collective is a private practice collective based in Lismore, NSW, providing psychological and mental health care.
Our team includes experienced and passionate clinicians, comprised of clinical psychologists, psychologists, psychiatrist, counsellors and therapists who work in a collaborative and supportive way together. Our team approach provides a supportive environment with weekly meetings, shared referrals and debriefing, informal support and networking, supervision, professional opportunities and consultation.
We are now looking for clinicians to join our fabulous team in Lismore. Come and work with clinicians very experienced with trauma interventions, mental health and working with clients across the lifespan (children, adolescents, families and adults).

Key selection criteria:
We are seeking applications from clinical psychologists, registered psychologists, accredited mental health social workers with advanced skills in providing evidence-based treatment, mental health interventions and trauma interventions.
Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 4 years clinical experience. We welcome speciality skills and interest areas (e.g. anxiety, children, families, trauma, client groups).
This position is suitable for clinicians with the capacity to work independently and autonomously, but who also benefit from collaborating with others, being part of a team and contributing to a supportive and cohesive team environment.
Applicants must:
- Be fully registered with AHPRA or AASW.
- Have a current Medicare Provider Number or be eligible to obtain a Medicare Provider Number to provide services
Successful applicants will also be required to obtain professional indemnity insurance, a National Police Check, NSW Working with Children Check, and register for an individual Australian Business Number (ABN).
