Psychologist – Contractor (Telehealth and in-person) Kind Grey

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Purpose

Kind Grey Therapies is looking for an innovative and skilled clinician that is self-directed with a range of skills. An individual who is looking for diverse challenges in a professional therapy setting.

Kind Grey is a service catering to the needs of individuals needing mental health support. We pride ourselves on our evidence based, practical and safe approach to mental health services supporting the health and healing of individuals. It’s our mission to enrich all corners of the community through mental health services, disability services, wellness programs and other psychosocial supports.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate psychologist. In this role, you will provide telehealth services & office appointments to clients who are participating in Mental Health Care plans, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) as well as the general public. You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients, and developing individualised treatment plans. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively, are essential for success in this role. You may be expected to provide therapy hours in-office at times**

Essential:

  • Qualification in Psychology
  • Minimum of 12 months experience
  • Able to work autonomously

       Registration with the following:

  • AHPRA registration

 Requirements of employment

  • A current National Police Clearance 
  • A current Working with Childrens Check
  • A current Driver’s License
  • Eligibility for Medicare Provider Number
  • Have or able to obtain ABN and Insurance
