Psychologist, Counsellor or Social Worker – Mental Health MAX Solutions

We are seeking experienced mental health staff with backgrounds as a Psychologist, Social Worker or Counsellor. 

Our Allied Health team offers support across Australia including services to: 

  • Use your discipline-specific skills to address health and vocational barriers, increase employability and support sustained employment for our customers 
  • Child Welfare – provide support and assessments for out of home care or guardianship
  • Students with Disabilities – supporting and assessing students for individualised support in school settings
  • Contingent Psychology Services – providing counselling support in school settings 

You will support people in areas that could include mental and physical health conditions, stressors & uncertainty.  You will play an integral part in your own community supporting people through change.

About this specific role: 

  • Conduct health and vocational assessments, and deliver evidence-based clinical interventions
  • Provide individual and group interventions, workplace services, health and wellbeing seminars, and telehealth services
  • Use your discipline-specific skills to address health and vocational barriers, increase employability, and support sustained employment
  • Support clients with a range of clinical presentations and psychosocial barriers
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and training for professional development
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and employers to improve client outcomes
  • Work across a range of programs including Workforce Australia, Disability Employment Services, EAP, NDIS and more

Experience we are looking for

  • Psychologist with AHPRA registration (General/Provisional), Social Work or Counselling
  • Candidates eligible for registration will be considered
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Card and Police Check
