Various roles available, details below:

We are recruiting for Full Time and  Part Time Therapists to join our dynamic Therapy team. 

  • Facilitate daily trauma-informed group therapy for clients presenting with addictive processes and co-occurring mental health issues
  • Facilitate lectures, groups and workshops as per program schedule
  • Provide comprehensive and professional trauma-informed case management to a delegated case-load of inpatient clients
  • Support a positive treatment experience for all clients by role modelling functional adult behaviour.

Extensive training will be provided for suitable applicant

Essential Criteria:

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling or Graduate Diploma in Counselling / Psychotherapy

  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience including group therapy facilitation
  • Registered with an appropriate Counselling/Psychotherapy/Psychology body
  • Experience and understanding of Addiction
  • Experience in trauma-informed practice and delivery
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Independent worker with a team focus
  • NSW National Police Check
  • CPR and First Aid Certificate

Desirable Criteria:

  • 12 Step knowledge and/or lived experience
