Essential:
- Skill and experience in providing at least one form of evidence-based psychological or relationship intervention (e.g., CBT, ACT, Gottman, EFT, trauma-informed care, family therapy)
- Experience in providing psychotherapeutic services to adults, children, or couples
- Able to function autonomously, as well as be part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Professional registration (if applicable to your job title)
- An interest in group programs, group therapy or groupwork would be ideal (but not essential)
- A clear understanding of your values and what matters most to you in the work you do
