Essential:

  • Skill and experience in providing at least one form of evidence-based psychological or relationship intervention (e.g., CBT, ACT, Gottman, EFT, trauma-informed care, family therapy)
  • Experience in providing psychotherapeutic services to adults, children, or couples
  • Able to function autonomously, as well as be part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Professional registration (if applicable to your job title)
  • An interest in group programs, group therapy or groupwork would be ideal (but not essential)
  • A clear understanding of your values and what matters most to you in the work you do
