Psychologists multiple roles.

Eltham Counselling Services is a private Psychology clinic providing Psychological counselling services since 1993. We provide counselling in Anxiety, Stress, Drug & Alcohol, Relationship and Addiction. We have strong connection to local Doctor’s and other Professionals within the Eltham and surrounding areas. Our caring Psychologists are motivated to ensuring our clients reach their therapeutic outcomes.

 

About the role

 

This role will require Psychologists to carry out Psychological Counselling so clients can reach their therapeutic outcomes. This role will involve Psychologists using their experience and qualifications to work with clients with complex mental health issues which will require great skill.

  • Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday. Minimum of 2 days a week. Expectation of counselling 5-6 patients a day.

Skills & Experience

 

  • Registered as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Eligible for or registered with Medicare Australia
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively monitor and coordinate a workload that may consist of multiple tasks of varying priorities
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to keep accurate data of service
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Willingness to be responsive to the needs of General Practice and to working collaboratively.

 

You must have the ability to contribute to the provision of exceptional counselling services and to promote the profile of Eltham Counselling Services in the community and beyond.
