Healthwise Queensland is looking for a qualified Psychologist to join our growing business!

(Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Support Co-Ordinators or Counsellors are also welcome to apply.)

About the role

As the successful applicant, your duties as a Psychologist will include but not be limited to:

  • providing evidence-based psychological treatments to the general population of our community 
  • assisting people to change, grow, and improve their circumstances 
  • aiding in the resolution of current problems and difficulties and move forward 
  • formal written communication for referrers
  • contributing to Healthwise Reputation of Quality Care

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Full Australian working rights
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Strong rapport building and interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Have your own ABN and Provider number (if required)

About Healthwise

Healthwise is our private psychology practice located in Bundaberg, Queensland – a four-hour drive north of Brisbane.

Operating under the exclusive management of a Senior Clinical Psychologist and Board-Approved Psychology Supervisor, we take great pride in promoting the highest standard of clinical care to a wide range of patients.

With a strong and established referral base (from local GP practices, NDIS, & more), Healthwise is looking for Psychologists (or other Allied Health Professionals) who share a common passion for the wellbeing of the people in our community.
