Psychologist Inner Light Allied Health

JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Opportunity

Are you looking to find your Inner Light at work? Have you experienced feelings of isolation, disconnection, or lack of support while practising as a psychologist? Are you looking to work as part of a team where your mental health is as esteemed as much as your clients?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this is the opportunity for you!

Inner Light Allied Health is set to launch in 2024, merging two thriving psychological practices. We are on the lookout for dynamic, team-oriented individuals with a passion for client engagement, whether through intervention, assessment, or a blend of both approaches. We are dedicated to tailoring your ideal work-life by offering the necessary flexibility and support for you to connect with your preferred clients at your preferred hours. As part of our commitment to the mental well-being of our team, we provide flexible weekly support services like cleaning, laundry, or babysitting. This commitment not only fosters a supportive work environment but also ensures a balanced client load. For full-time psychologists, we limit the client load to no more than 25 per week, allowing you to savour more moments engaging in activities you love beyond your professional responsibilities.

Nestled in the picturesque suburb of Kilsyth, Inner Light Allied Health boasts easily accessible ground-floor facilities with practitioner rooms bathed in natural light. Our premises include a spacious staff room, a private outdoor garden and a seating area. At Inner Light Allied Health, we warmly welcome Animal Assisted Intervention practitioners. Luna and Mako, our therapy dogs, play a significant role in bringing joy and support to both our staff and clients. Furthermore, we are dedicated to developing a specialised sensory room and sensory garden for shared use among practitioners and clients, enhancing the therapeutic experience. Full-time and part-time opportunities are both available. Join us in fostering a work environment that prioritises your well-being and provides a nurturing space for professional growth.
