CONTRACT POSITIONS

If you are a fully registered Psychologist, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, we currently have an opportunity for you to come on-board as a Contractor. This position would be best suited for those who have had experience in private practice, however, do not wish to have their own practice. It would be for those who wish to enter a business-to-business relationship, however, would remain part of the team enjoyment, rather than work autonomously and independently

EMPLOYEE OPPORTUNITIES

The position offers a paid salary with full benefits including superannuation, sick leave and annual leave entitlements. The successful application will have a strong interest in learning and excellent interpersonal skills. We can offer you clinical supervision and peer supervision with experienced colleagues. We will carefully manage caseloads and you would be expected to see 5-6 clients per day.

Senior and Junior positions available

At NCPS, we have a burnout prevention caseload model, for all our clinicians which includes a full time caseload of no more than 24 client hours per week, a focus on taking regular time-off, no appointments booked outside of your allocated hours, caseload monitoring to ensure caseload balance of mild to severe presentations.

There are beautiful walks close by in Williamstown (beach and city views) , Altona  (Cherry Lake) and village atmosphere in Newport, Spotswood and Yarraville. NCPS services can also be provided via Telehealth (remotely from your home), given the current circumstances and changing landscape of providing clinical mental health services.
