Solutions In Mind Psychology is a very well-established group psychology practice in the heart of the Western Suburbs of Sydney based in Penrith. We have excellent referral pathways from doctors, paediatricians, schools and service providers. We are also an NDIS registered provider supporting special needs clients and their families. We are committed to providing high quality evidenced based assessment and intervention services to children, adolescents, and adults. We also provide active evidence-based group programs across the school term for children of all ages and stages of development. We are located in a new office environment, in the heart of Penrith and are easily accessible to public transport. As part of our team you will receive onsite clinical supervision and be fully supported by our administrative team and practice manager. About the Role:
If you are a fully registered Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist, or new graduate we currently have an opportunity for you to come on board 3-5 days per week. Our new and well-equipped offices are warm and welcoming with great natural light.
- You will join a supportive team of Psychologists and engage in extensive orientation and training.
- Full-time or part time (minimum 3 days) employment opportunity
- You will have the opportunity to provide psychological assessment and intervention with a diverse range of presentations including children, adolescents and adults
- Opportunity to provide evidenced based group interventions
- Flexible working hours with a focus on burnout prevention
- Liaise and network with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes for clients and their families
- Onsite clinical supervision provided by AHPRA Approved Supervisor

- AHPRA internship pathway (5+1) to full registration provided for new graduates

Essential Criteria:
- Provisional / Full registration with AHPRA
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Experience providing therapy for children adolescents and / or adults.
- Medicare Provider Number or eligibility to obtain
- Early career psychologists are encouraged to apply as Internship pathway provided to full registration with AHPRA
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience working with children / adolescents or adults
- Experience in working with neurodiverse populations
- Assessment experience with neurodiverse populations
- Passionate in providing evidence-based interventions with special needs populations
- Group based intervention experience
- Trauma-informed practice experience
