Passionate PSYCHOLOGIST or ACCREDITED MENTAL HEALTH SOCIAL WORKER wanting to Make a Difference

This role offers you supported entry into private practice, allowing you to learn the ropes, so you end up loving private practice as much as we do. It will allow you to spend your work time with a team of like-minded individuals, who are all collectively seeking to make a difference. With us you will be cultivated to become your best self and encouraged to live your best life, as you support your clients to do the same. 

Evolve Psychology Group is looking for a full-time registered psychologist or accredited mental health social worker who can work autonomously as well as be part of a close and collaborative team. This is a salaried position that offers a flexible work environment that is child friendly for working parents. We are also seeking expressions of interest from registered psychologists for casual part-time positions in the future.

Evolve Psychology Group is a well-established business, now in its 4th year. We are a busy and dynamic private practice located in Vasse, providing psychological services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Vasse is a growing area in the South West of Western Australia close to Busselton, Dunsborough and Margaret River. Our practice offers a compassionate, people-focused, flexible and collaborative environment to our clients as well as our team.

Requirements

We are looking for psychologists or accredited mental health social workers who meet the following requirements:

  • Full registration with AHPRA (or if an accredited mental health social worker – registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers) and eligibility to apply for a provider number under the Medicare Benefits Schedule.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Working with Children’s Check.
  • Demonstrated skills to build rapport and engage clients.
  • Experience working with clients within a range of presenting issues.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents.
  • Ability to use practice management software (training provided). 
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Strong ethical practice is essential.
