SPOTs are a multidisciplinary therapy clinic, located in a trendy renovated cottage in Townsville. 

Who are we? We are a super welcoming team of Mental Health workers, Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists seeking an amazing Social Worker or Psychologist to join our team on a full-time or flexible part-time basis! The position will provide the right applicant with:

  • A Diverse caseload – adults & paediatrics – with a range of different cases allowing the applicant to broaden their skillset
  • A team that is supportive and prides themselves on patient-centred care
  • Clinic rooms, sensory gym and sensory garden that are next level
  • A wide range of assessments and an oversized toy/resource library for therapy 
  • An iPad for use in therapy, in addition to your own computer
  • Resource budget to purchase new resources for the clinic

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Psychology 
  • An open driver’s license & access to a car
  • A current Working with Children Blue Card (or ability to obtain this)
  • A passion for making a difference
  • Great communication skills
  • Great organisation & time management skills
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team

Full time and part time roles will be considered with flexibility in workdays and hours available. Salary negotiable dependent on skills and experience.
