About the role
We are looking for motivated, passionate registered psychologists with a keen commercial acumen to join our team in the Illawarra, Metro Sydney and Central/North Coast of NSW.
As a psychologist with Walk Different, you are the face of our business, with your role to provide mental health services to a range of clients from different ages and backgrounds, with a need for outdoor treatment.
Reporting to the clinical director, you will be expected to:
- Demonstrate a high level of autonomy, self motivation and professional judgement
- Work in a highly collaborative environment, liaising with other clinicians and managers to ensure the highest possible quality of service.
- Display well developed communication, adaptability and interpersonal skills.
- Be involved in the development of services within our practice and contribute to the taking our services to more people.

Skills and experience
You will:
- Be a registered psychologist
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have the ability to adapt well to growth and innovation, as well as work within a team.
- Have experience with technology
- Possess commercial acumen and an interest in potential partnership.
- Experience with NDIS Clients and presentations is advantageous
