About the Role 

A great opportunity for an experienced Psychologist to join our highly professional and friendly team. If you are a Child Psychologist, Counselling or Clinical Psychologist who wants to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, then this could be the opportunity for you.. 

Your daily duties would include but not be limited to conducting a range of sessions with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and groups covering:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Trauma/PTSD
  • Workplace problems
  • Drug & alcohol problems
  • Stress. anger, behaviour and impulse problems
  • Chronic pain and associated illnesses
  • Relationship and parenting problems

About You

Along with your strong work ethic and your previous experience ideally, you’ll have/be: 

  • A Masters or Doctoral degree or 5 plus 1
  • AHPRA registration (clinical endorsement an advantage)
  • Eligible for Medicare service provision
  • Professional and Public Indemnity Insurance
  • Working with Children’s Check and current Police Check 
  • Well-developed clinical and counselling skills
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Ongoing commitment to personal development
  • Confident working independently with a wide range of presenting issues
