We use a team of specialised contractors to deliver a range of workplace rehabilitation and RTW services along with occupational health products including safety solutions, pre-employment assessments, vocational programs, mental health services, tailored health interventions and WHS training. Due to our staffing structure, we can provide boutique style services to both local and national clients, while allowing our team members to specify their own work conditions. 

Currently, we are looking for qualified Psychologists/Rehab Counsellors who would like to join our team to provide Assessment and Case Management for Physical and Psychological claims – mainly for ICARE claims but also Comcare scheme. Suitable disciplines include: Registered Psychologists, Sociologists or Rehabilitation Counsellors registered with AHPRA and their relevant associations. 

These positions are highly suited to contractors running their own allied health business that would like some additional work in a different stream or those who wish to run their own flexible business. Administration support, online IT systems and specialised mentoring is available, along with work loads to suit your needs and attractive incentives. Hourly remuneration rates will be negotiated based on experience. Starting hourly rate is currently $120/hour +GST

Successful applicants will be dedicated to achieving results and developing repeat business, and will also have a caring attitude. 

Essential:

• Registration with relevant professional body 
• Two years FT occupational rehabilitation experience 
• ABN and/or willingness to contract 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet timeframes
• Familiarity with the ICARE legislation 

Desirable:

• 2 years’ experience in ICARE and/Comcare scheme 
• Current Driver’s license and ability to travel to worksites
• Ability to travel within a 2 hour radius from Sydney
