Working within a close-knit team and playing an integral part in the smooth running of the business, your hard work will be appreciated and rewarded. The role is flexible for the right candidate and the applicant may choose their preferred working days (minimum 2 days/week) and hours, with work from home conditions considered. 

 

At CHC we offer two potential employment arrangements depending on your needs and future direction. We are passionate about helping our clinicians to achieve their financial goals. Our first is part time or full time employment which allows for increased security whilst also still receiving a fantastic salary, superannuation and professional development package. We also include volunteer leave so you can support your favourite charity each year. 

Our second option is our consultant arrangement. This has been specifically developed by our directors to give our consultants the opportunity to increase their income by paying a flat daily rate to the practice allowing the capacity for maximum earning potential. Our consultants typically pay between 22% and 35% well below the going rate in a traditional contractor model.  

 

OVERALL QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS:  

  

Your previous experience as an accredited mental health clinician will be clearly evident in your CV and will demonstrate your ability to be autonomous the a role, systematic and organised, and engage in collaborative teamwork.  

 

Time management and prioritisation along with high attention to detail is essential to this role as you are key to the timely delivery of our services to our clients.  A reasonable level of technological competency is required as we employ paperless note taking and web-based communication platforms. 

  

You will have comprehensive industry knowledge and great communication. You will be enthusiastic in your approach to your role in business with a strong desire to create positive work culture. You will also be required to have the following: 

  

  • Registration with AHPRA or appropriate governing body  
  • Eligibility for a Medicare provider number  
  • A passion for great client outcomes
  • A desire to actively participate in an interprofessional work environment and a commitment to involvement in teamwork 

  

Applicants will strive to be actively engaged in contributing to interprofessional team meetings, general team meetings and group supervision, as is a focus at CHC.
