About You

We are seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors with proven experience in short term, solutions-orientated interventions to join our growing national workforce of EAP consultants.

  

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Enjoy working with diverse workplaces to assess work stressors and risk factors in work environments
  • Have a solid understanding of organisational and individual factors impacting on people performance
  • Be commercially savvy, with the ability to view issues and problems from a business, customer and personal perspective
  • You will be self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and have a willingness to demonstrate initiative with a ‘can do’ attitude. Experience in critical incident response and trauma management will be highly regarded.

 

5 years of relevant experience in allied health is desirable.  A tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body is required. A current driver’s licence and having your own vehicle is a must.
