We are leader in providing health & wellbeing and people risk management solutions.  This is your opportunity to work with staff in some of Australia’s largest industry, government and corporate organisations – to be part of a team that provides Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), counselling, crisis response, training, conflict resolution, career counselling, assessment and consulting services. 

We are seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors with proven experience in short term, solutions-orientated interventions to join our growing national workforce of EAP providers.

To be successful in this role you will:
• Enjoy working with diverse workplaces to assess work stressors and risk factors in work environments
• Have a solid understanding of organisational and individual factors impacting on people performance
• Be commercially savvy, with the ability to view issues and problems from a business, customer and personal perspective
• You will be self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and have a willingness to demonstrate initiative with a ‘can do’ attitude. Experience in critical incident response and trauma management will be highly regarded.

3 years of relevant experience in allied health is desirable. A tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body is required. A current driver’s licence and having your own vehicle is a must.
