Surf Coast Mind Body Health is a boutique psychology and allied services practice with a team of Psychologists and Allied Health professionals who embody respect, propriety and integrity while cultivating a relaxed and friendly working environment.
At Surf Coast Mind Body Health we understand finding wellbeing will look different for each client. Our clinicians aim to provide an empathetic and evidence informed approach that works to understand each client’s own unique experience. We aim to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can work towards finding their well space, whatever that may look like to the individual.
Our space is a collective of psychology and allied services clinicians working toward the creation of a wellness setting where clients can access individual and group services to support their wellness ideals. Located on the Surf Coast, in Torquay, in a newly built medical hub with state-of-the-art facilities. Our practice offers 8 spacious rooms, all with heating/cooling control, thoughtfully furnished and all feature large windows that provide beautiful natural light. We also have a large group space with fully functional kitchenette which we are looking to grow into and use to facilitate group programs and bookings.
Surf Coast Mind Body Health is a growing team. We are interested to meet with Clinical Registrars, General Psychologists and other Allied Health Practitioners in the wellness space (e.g. Mental Health Social Workers, Counsellors, Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists) who are ready to join our team and make a positive change in the lives of our community here on the Surf Coast.
We value the individual clinician and their preferences as a part of our team, and as such an openness to dialogue around flexible working arrangements including sub-contracting, percentage of billables or employment (salary) roles. The successful candidates will have full autonomy choosing their consulting day and hours. We welcome all enquiries to determine fit for our group.

About you
We are looking for clinicians to join our wellness team for a minimum of two days per week up to full time. You will need these essential skills:
- Full Registration with AHPRA if applicable; or governing body relevant to your professional field
- Alignment to Surf Coast Mind Body Health values and community care
- Current ABN pending contract agreement (i.e. subtractors will require ABN. Employees will not require ABN)
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Work within the best practice evidence-based modalities of psychology and allied services
- Excellent verbal and written skills
