Psychosocial Recovery Coach – Mental Health EACH

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Due to growth, our Regional Support Coordination team is looking for a Recovery Coach to join the team on an ongoing Full-time or Part-time basis!
  • Based in Narre Warren – work across the Southern Metro Region
  • $32 – $35.5 per hour + Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550

What you’ll be doing

As the Recovery Coach you will to assist a caseload of NDIS customers to build capacity, strengths and resilience through strong respectful relationships, plus ongoing skilled coaching to support people with complex psychosocial disabilities to live their best life.

By working collaboratively with customers, families, carers and the broader service system to identify, plan, design and coordinate NDIS supports enabling them to take control and better manage complex challenges of day-to-day living.

Who we’re looking for

Are you a customer-centric person with a minimum Certificate IV Peer Work, Mental Health, or have equivalent qualifications, training and/or experience in a mental health-related field and has lived and/or learned experience of mental ill-health and/or psychosocial disability? If so, then you might be exactly who we’re looking for!

You will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively organise your time to allow you to work flexibly and directly with customers as they require and make choices for their support.
