Position Description:   Psychotherapist / Psychologist / AOD Counsellor/                                        Full-time.                                            

Foundation House is a 20-bed residential rehabilitation facility for male and female Alcohol, Drug and Problem Gambling clients located in the peaceful grounds of Callan Park, Rozelle.

Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating group sessions and counselling clients.                                     

Position Requirements:                   

Essential Criteria                  

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in the Drug & Alcohol Sector
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications/ studies in relevant field (social work, counselling, psychology)
  • Counselling and group work experience
  • Provide outreach psychotherapy sessions to Industry referrals
  • Sound communication and assessment skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good computer and administration skills
  • Flexible work hours
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current Drivers Licence

Remuneration will be based on SCHADS Award Level 5.
