- Full time and Part time roles, no weekend work, regular scheduled days.
ABOUT YOU
This role would suit a therapist wanting to deliver individual and group therapies and support the process of change for our guests.
We strongly encourage you to apply if you have the following:
- Experience in individual and group therapy
- Experience managing ethical responsibilities and professional development requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and easily
- Competence in assessment, tailored formulation, and implementation of effective treatment plans

ABOUT US
Palladium Private is a holistic, full-immersion residential retreat on 20 tranquil acres in the Sunshine Coast hinterlands. We specialise in Evidence-based and Trauma Informed community programs that address the underlying causes of addiction, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma. The tailored programs address the dysfunctional coping strategies causing our client’s suffering and concurrently improve their overall wellness.
Palladium Private has provided evidence-based programs to over 5,500 clients over 15 years.
WHAT WE ARE NOT – Palladium Private is not a diagnostic or clinical facility, and we do not require extensive reporting. We prefer your time spent in treatment with your clients, collaborating with the team, and facilitating group psycho-educational talks and therapeutic process groups.
