Position 1. PTE / IELTS Trainer
We are seeking a PTE & IELTS Trainer to join our vibrant and dynamic team.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Conducting classes online and offline
- Creating resources and documents
- Administrative responsibilities include but are not limited to email responses, social media interactions, class attendance
- Assessing student scores
- Developing study plans
- Providing Feedback
- Keeping track of changes to the exam
- Effectively communicating changes to all stakeholders
Skills You will have:
- Experience teaching (minimum 1 year)
- Must have 8 Each band in PTE or IELTS
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience dealing with a wide range of students from various backgrounds
- Documentation and writing skills
- Knowledge of PTE / IELTS scoring and marking criteria
- Ability to develop PTE / IELTS curriculum modules, classes
- Ability to assess PTE / IELTS scorecards
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to assess writing and speaking tasks
- Well-organized with excellent leadership abilities.
Position 2. Senior Education Counsellor
We are seeking a Senior Education Counsellor to join our vibrant and dynamic team.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads and inquiries of clients
- Provide information and advice to international students regarding their study options and opportunities in Australia.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of student visa conditions and client programs and processes.
- Attend to student face-to-face, phone, live chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Follow through on student inquiries, requests, or complaints and provide information and assistance as required
- Promote other products and services offered by VISA WORLD WISE like Visa services, PTE, IELTS, NAATI CCL & Professional Year.
- Maintain after-sale service engagement to increase retention of students
- Support event managers in the organisation of major promotional events
- Ensure all education team members’ record keeping is accurate, complete, and current within the organisation’s CRM and across all relevant databases.
- Ensure all client communication and inquiries are dealt with in a prompt and timely manner.
- Manage the remote processing team to ensure timely submission of all enrolment applications.
- Contribute towards the ongoing improvement of the company’s database and administrative processes.
- Establish and implement proper client communication and management process
Skills You will have:
- At least 2 years of relevant counselling experience required.
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the highest degree of accuracy
- Hardworking, efficient, and can-do attitude
- Work rights in Australia
