The role
The role of a Recovery Leader is critical to the business in providing leadership and team support. You will work in collaboration with our National Operation Managers to help lead our growing team of Psychologists and/or Rehabilitation Counsellors and manage the daily operations of Resilia’s recovery and return to work services.
This exciting opportunity offers a platform to develop mentoring and operations management skills, with the support from our senior leadership team, while continuing to deliver client outcomes on your own caseload.
Duties
The Resilia Recovery Leader will provide the delivery of services to a designated group of employees within their team, with duties spanning across the following key areas:
- Staff Mentoring
- Financial Management
- Operations Management
- Account Management
- Senior Consulting services
Essential criteria
Resilia requires our Recovery Leaders to possess the following qualities, and demonstrate the below attributes:
- Registration with AHPRA, ASORC or RCAA
- 2 years previous workplace rehabilitation experience
- Experience mentoring junior staff preferable (Senior Consultants will also be considered)
- Strong understanding of best practice psychological injury recovery principles
- Excellent client management and communication skills – presenting with confidence and maintaining a positive impression
- Strong strategic thinking skills, and the ability to drive strategic claims discussions
- Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and creatively to identify solutions
- High level of conscientiousness to engage and motivate peers and customers
- Ability to lead by example and model positive attributes to our team and customers
- Demonstrated ability to independently take initiative with staff and customers
- Desire to pursue a long-term leadership role with Resilia
- Desire to grow leadership capabilities
- Ability to attend Sydney CBD Office as required
