About Us

Excel Psychology is a private practice with a beautifully appointed office near the Brisbane CBD.  We have a team of highly experienced, friendly and dedicated psychologists who contribute to an inclusive, supportive and gratifying workplace culture. Our practice has a strong referral base from a broad range of GPs, NGOs, psychiatrists and the public directly, which has resulted in us needing a larger team capacity to meet demand.

Who we’re looking for

We are seeking a fully registered psychologist or clinically endorsed psychologist to join our team. Flexible days and hours, depending on what is most suitable for you.  We find best results from when offering at least 2 days per week.

Applicants must have:

  • Registration as a Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA
  • Medicare provider eligibility
  • A high level of organisational skills and an ability to work autonomously
  • Interest in advancing and developing therapeutic skills
  • Interest in participating in a sharing and supportive environment
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • A dedication to ongoing professional development

We are seeking people who feel passionate about working in this field and want to contribute to a culture of excellence.  We have a commitment to social justice and accept a limited number of bulk billing and concession clients.  It is helpful to have several years of experience, especially in providing individual therapy, however we are open to all applications.
