As a practice with work with both adults and children. We will support your growth and can provide onsite supervision and support for endorsement as a clinical psychologist as part of your employment package.
Your New Role
Right now, we are ideally looking for someone to join us on a Permanent Full-time Employed Basis. However, if you prefer Permanent Part-Time or would like to discuss other options we would be happy to discuss your needs
Your Skills or Experience
To succeed in this role, you will self directed and autonomous while working within a collegiate team environment. In addition, you will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of the clients you support and committed to your professional growth and personal development.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and or experience:
- The ability to deliver evidenced-based psychological assessment and intervention to individuals with mental health disorders in accordance with the identified needs of the client, observing mental health and professional ethical standards.
- The ability to plan, develop and implement outcome focussed individualised treatment plans using a best practice framework with a continuity of care and recovery oriented approach.
- The ability to work cooperatively and effectively within the multidisciplinary care team (i.e. Psychiatrist, General Practitioner, Paediatrician, etc).
- The ability to prepare professional and timely reports and maintain up to date clinical records in accordance with documentation standards in addition to maintaining current data requirements of the practice.

Your Remuneration Package
If both you and us agree that you are a great fit for our team, then you will be made an offer based on your skills and years of relevant experience. BASE Salary Rates (excluding Super, etc) for Employees range between $75,000 and $115,000 per annum (FTE).
In addition to your BASE Rate and other benefits already listed above, you will receive the following:
- Superannuation of 10.5%
- Four Weeks Annual Leave (Full Time Equivalent)
- Two Weeks Sick/Personal Leave (Full Time Equivalent)
- All other Leave Entitlements as per the relevant National Law
- A Continuing Professional Development Budget
- Registrar supervision for Clinical endorsement
