Job Description

We are looking for Registered Psychologists or Mental Health Social Worker who can deliver authentic, compassionate and dependable mental health support to clients. Working as part of a dynamic team of mental health professionals, we want clinicians who can build rapport with clients and give them the confidence to overcome their challenges, which range from anxiety and depression, to personality disorders and relationship issues.  

This is a salaried role. Be your best in a supportive team environment while avoiding the risk of burnout or clinical fatigue. Our work involves all facets of psychology, counselling and therapy services, including:

  • Early intervention programs
  • Mediation and conflict resolution services
  • Medicare treatment
  • Participating in pilots and research to design and implement new ways of working with injury and illness
  • Psychological assessments
  • Workcover/CTP treatment intervention
  • Workplace mental health training
  • EAP treatment

Qualifications

Joining our team of psychologists is straightforward. But first, you need to meet a few mandatory requirements:

  • You are a AHPRA Registered Psychologist; OR
  • Mental Health Social Worker AASW;
  • You have permanent residency in Australia;
  • You are passionate about improving lives through work and health;
  • You want to part of a dynamic, social and hard-working team.
