We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Rehabilitation Consultant to join the teams working with the Australian Defence Force at HMAS Albatross located in Nowra (South NSW). If you think you’re the kind of person who would thrive in this environment, we’d like to hear from you!

The Opportunity: 

We’re on a growth journey and we’re looking for talented and motivated allied health clinicians from the following disciplines; Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapy / Exercise Physiology to join our wonderful team.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant you will be partnering with Defence personnel who have sustained an injury or trauma, and responsible for assessing their needs, and developing and implementing strategies to enable their rehabilitation.

The successful Candidate:

  • Degree qualified with current clinical skills
  • Hold a full registration with a relevant professional body
  • At least 6 -12 months experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Hold a full driver’s license
  • Demonstrate sound clinical reasoning abilities and effective communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • An unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate
