We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team, this newly created role will be working with the NSW and National team, providing expertise and insight into the industry. Working closely with the executive team, our clients and consultants you will get exposure to the NSW and National teams, working partnering with individuals, team and our clients, and other providers to assist us in continually improving the quality of service and outcomes.
We have an excellent team, and are lucky to have some of the highest RTW outcomes in the industry, and are looking forward to having a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant you will be:
- Completing Vocational Assessments, LMA and Other Rehabilitation Services
- Collaborating with Case Managers and Treating Health Providers to review and make recommendations
- Advising employers, career consultants and other stakeholders with updates regarding injury management strategies
- Providing Injury Management expertise and advice, as well as coaching and mentoring to other team members
- Ensuring timely, educated and informed medical claims management decisions are made, with an objective to improve outcomes all parties involved.
- Partnering with other divisions of the business to ensure the quality of services, technology and operations
- Providing quality customer service to injured workers, employers, career consultants & other stakeholders
- Managing relationships with customers, clients, partners and insurers
As a Rehabilitation Consultant you will have extensive knowledge of the NSW framework, be a suitable qualified accreditation with AHPRA, ESSA,ASORC. with preferably a minimum of 5 years experience and enjoy working both as a team and independently. Opportunity to work form home Office.
