Job Description
In this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day. You will have the support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. Providing occupational rehabilitation services, and psychological treatment to clients with a range of conditions and outcome goals. Your duties will include:
- Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks)
- Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
- Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
- Providing evidence-based psychological interventions
- Applying solutions based, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical skills. Including but not limited to Initial assessments to form a diagnosis, treatment plans, psychosocial barriers to employment and Vocational Assessments for injured workers.

Qualifications
Our new team member will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health Discipline or Health Sciences, with a postgraduate qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling
- Registration with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) or Full Membership with the Rehabilitation Counselling Association of Australia (RCAA)
- Excellent time management skills – be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
- A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits
- A current driver licence and access to their own vehicle
