Rehabilitation Consultant – Physiotherapist Konekt – Workcare

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Rehabilitation Consultant with Konekt, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained physical and psychological injuries at work. You will lead the proactive management and prevention of injuries in the workplace, collaborating with employers and their people to minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.

Our dynamic Cairns team is seeking a dedicated allied health professional with qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise physiology to support our clients on a full-time basis. To excel in this role, you’ll have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant qualification
  • Current professional registration with AHPRA / ESSA
  • Strong clinical reasoning and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
  • A desire to help people rehabilitate and make a positive difference in your community
